It was windy enough yesterday to kill a 3 yr old. Gusting to 64 and averaging 31. I40 closed in several places due to multiple cars in multiple accidents. They evacuated Wheeler, TX due to fire/wind storms. It’s exceedingly rare to evacuate one of these small towns even if they are surrounded by grasslands.
