It occurred to me that other day watching the home improvement shows that another option for the guest bedroom is Stained Concrete Flooring. The foundation is slab and matching the laminate might be difficult since I don’t have anything, but samples. There’s no indication as to the vendor, brand, description, etc. about the laminate. It looks like glued down vinyl. That’s it.
Supposedly, the staining is half or less of carpet. It a new owner doesn’t like it they could just lay carpet. I can pull the carpet and have an earth tone and/or texturing put down.
In the phone book, these companies are found in the Concrete section and not the Flooring section
